MD & Habitual Kilt Wearer

Yes, Bobby is Scottish. He's also our MD and foolishly believes he runs the company. To be fair, he does know a lot about fire compliance and safety stuff. That's because, as a former Army tank commander and small arms weapons instructor, danger is his life! Bobby likes to keep up with the news. But don't be tempted to argue about current affairs (see previous sentence).

Safety Consultant & Magical Trainer

Ben is our Training Manager. And a magician. So with safety training, Hey Presto! - no-one performs quite like him. There's another trick up his sleeve: he's also a fire risk assessor. As well as being magical, Ben is musical. He plays loads of instruments and likes silly acoustic songs. We think he should have been in a boy band but hasn't got the hair for it.

Operations Lead & Bargain Hunter

Someone has to glue everything together and guard the company funds. That someone is Sally. She likes people to pull their weight, play fair and pay up. Normally she's very composed: just don't be late. Ever. No, really! Fear not, Sally's softer side is revealed at home; she loves a bargain to fuel her passion for interior design, food, wine, and boating - sometimes all at once.

Jules has three children; four including Bobby. They keep her busy on the touchline every weekend and at home every evening. Luckily, she loves to cook. During the week, our clients keep her busy. Jules helps them stay safe and keep within the law. Sometimes it's a big ask, but rarely as big as supporting and feeding three football-mad daughters and a bald Scotsman!

MD in Waiting & Team Mascot

Casey is our most junior H&S adviser, she keeps everyone grounded - mainly because they have to sit on the floor to talk to her. Casey is allegedly  the MD in waiting thanks to the fact that, despite her pre-school status, she usually speaks more sense than her father.
